Steve and Eunice Ward founded S&E Ward's Landscape Management Inc. in 1997 following a move from Michigan where Steve had worked in the "green" industry for 10 years. Their business started in Eagle, CO where they serviced residential and commercial properties from Vail to Gypsum including Beaver Creek and Cordillera. In 2000, Steve and Eunice began looking for a better well-rounded community to raise their family in and chose Cedaredge, CO. They sold their business in Eagle and relocated to Cedaredge where they have been servicing Delta County and Montrose for the last 23 years.
Steve and Eunice have founded their company on honesty and integrity. They strive every day to show their customers and staff the importance of being a servant leader. S&E Ward's Landscape believes that effective leaders will be servants who have attracted a following because of their passion, vision, integrity, and dedication to their work.

For the first 18 years, Steve and Eunice operated their business from their home on Cedar Mesa. In the fall of 2015 they bought an old house and acreage in Cory, Colorado. This property was overgrown and the house, pictured to the right, was a mess. It all needed a lot of work before it could work to move their business from their home. Steve and Eunice had a vision of how they could make it into their new shop.
In the fall of 2015 through to the early spring of 2016, they set out to convert this location into their existing shop and office. They built a shop to store and work on all their equipment. They built a separate building to keep all the chemicals safe. They graveled the parking for all their trucks and equipment to finally have room to park. They cleared an area out front to temporarily store rock, trees, and shrubs for future landscapes.
Today, they have an amazing location for the business. It has proven to be a good move.
